Terms and Conditions

Last updated: January 1, 2025. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cameringo Pro application and the pcrkartusa.com website operated by Perraco Labs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Cameringo Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

2. License Grant

Perraco Labs grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Cameringo Pro on devices you own or control. This license is for personal, non‑commercial use unless you obtain written permission for commercial deployment.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application.
• Redistributing, sublicensing, or selling the application or its filters.
• Using the app to create illegal, harmful, or harassing content.
• Removing or altering copyright notices or watermarks in violation of the license.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. Perraco Labs does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Google's system.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Cameringo Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error‑free or that any filter will meet your expectations. You use the application at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Perraco Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
